 CALL FOR TUTORIALS

ICEM’2016 aims to offer an extensive tutorial program on a wide range of topics from the fields of electrical machines and drives.  The tutorials will target engineers with long-term experience as well as faculty who may learn about, as well as newcomers who may obtain a comprehensive high-level introduction into certain topics.

For each tutorial accepted, the conference registration fee(s) for up to one presenter will be waived. The tutorials are expected to last for 4 hours (2 hours ou 2 groups of 2 hours on two different topics are acceptable as well) and will take place either in the morning or in the afternoon of September 4, 2016

To submit a tutorial, proposers should complete the Tutorial Proposal Form (PDF1), a sample of 4 slides (PDF2) and submit them to the tutorial co-chairs.

The tutorial presenters (maximum 2 per tutorial) will be expected to provide the material of the tutorial at latest by end of July 2016, and allow the program committee to request for additional changes as needed.  They will also be expected to make a PDF version of the material available to the conference attendees.  At least 5 registered participants are required for a tutorial to take place.
